Even the works which the state had written in their name had started going in hands of private sector. Similarly, we are noting that most of the hospitals are being established in private sector and we are noting that most of the patients are going to those private hospital expecting better treatment. There was a time when the state had been establishing industries in the public sector, but now only people in private sector are establishing industries and the public sector undertakings are losing ground.
