Public Secrtor Versus Privater Sector

Public sector versus private sector.

The people of India are happy that private sector is coming up in India. Even the works which the state had written in their name had started going in hands of private sector. Most of new schools, colleges and training institutions are being established in private sector and those are showing better results. Similarly, we are noting that most of the hospitals are being established in private sector and we are noting that most of the patients are going to those private hospital expecting better treatment. There was a time when the state had been establishing industries in the public sector, but now only people in private sector are establishing industries and the public sector undertakings are losing ground. We have noted that people working in private sector are efficient and they are giving us better results while people in public sector not giving us the same efficiency and proficiency.
There was a time when the people were not investing money and they were keeping money with them, but now people have started investing money at work and thus money circulation is getting momentum. When comes out and gets circulation, more money is created and that is the reason, the people in private sector are serving the nation in a better way. They are generating more employment and more output and that is the reason we are coming in the open market and we are competing at international level. Our production is on higher side and we are generating more employment. The people know that there is no job with the state and therefore, they have started liking serving in the private sector, because they know that if they are hard worker and are efficient, there are more chances of promotion where the people in the public sector do not get promotions and they have to wait for their turn in seniority. In the public sector people have to wait and their efficiency and proficiency do not work.
Otherwise too, it must be accepted that the state should take interest in administering the country and all production work should go to the private sector. It is bad that the people in the state administration are charging money from the people who are establishing factories and industries in the private sector. Money should not be charged from them, rather they should be helped because they are helping the state in giving better education, better training and better adjustment to the people of the country which had been the responsibility of the state. When people in the state administration start indulging in scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, corruption, selling quotas and licences, they are discouraging the people who are interested to go ahead in private sector. This is bad on their part and therefore, we should clean people in the state administration and then we should have a look on them so that they may allow the people in the private people to go ahead. Had we allowed the private sector to enter in the field from the very beginning in1947-48, our position and our economy could have been on better footing because people in public sector and taking interest in the work. They want more and more pay and no work at all. That is the reason our public sector had failed and there is no efficiency in those establishments which we had established in public sector and most of the units had to be sold to people in private sector.
